Lucius's Desert Dream Altar is in a pocket of space divorced from the rules of reality that we Earthers are used to. It's an altar that Lucius has created during his isolation in the Desert Trailer to hold what is dear to him closer, such as his family, his partner Christian, and his connection to Source and magic.
