Heather Hermann AKA “Duchess of Deco” draws from her unique style of postmodern, neo noir, retro futurism for her mural on the exterior of Omega Mart. The futuristic design of Xanadu is based off areal hotel design meant to be erected in LV in 1976, The plans fell through but Herman reimagines the exterior adding her own touches to nod to Vegas’ past and bright future.
