When the radio station was pulled into the alternate dimension, the Communications Room of the station was separated and plunged into the depths of an ocean into the alien dimension.
The communications manager, Adela, managed to steer the communications room to land at the bottom of a very deep oceanic trench. To celebrate her achievement, the communications team named it “The Adela Oceanic Trench.” The crew was amazed to see through the room’s glass ceiling that the depth of this ocean was filled with marvelous bioluminescent beings that swam all over above the site, very curious about the new arrivals.
Inside the room, through a breach, local fauna started to grow, taking over the room's equipment. The new organism had the same bioluminescent characteristic as the fauna outside, producing a mélange of colored layers.
To the amazement of the communications team, the new organisms were striving to create a symbiotic relationship, producing livable conditions for the humans. The team activated some of the radio receiving equipment and realized that they were at an interdimensional intersection where the audio received was a mix of the ocean background, the creatures’ songs (akin to that of Earth’s whales) and soundbites from Earth radio transmissions as well as other alien radio transmissions.
Visitors to this room will be able to experience in detail the alien organisms that took over the station, see the ocean above and the floating alien beings swimming, all while listening to the sound mix of the alien world combined with sound bites from Earth radio broadcasts.
