Chris Hilson

Worked on The Real Unreal, Convergence Station, Omega Mart & House of Eternal Return

Bio

Raised in Santa Fe NM, Chris Hilson began working with Meow Wolf in 2008 as a member of the original art collective out of their DIY warehouse on Second Street in Santa Fe. Chris is now a Senior Artist working out of the company's New Mexico production facility.
A self-taught artist, carpenter, and fabricator, Chris has been involved in the majority of Meow Wolf installations both large and small over the last 15 years. Major contributions include the concept for "The Due Return", working as a fabricator while creating the "Baba Yaga Hut" for the flagship exhibit "The House of Eternal Return", creating "Ossuary" for the Denver Location, and leading the build of another "Baba Yaga" for "The Real Unreal" in Grapevine Texas.
Chris is looking forward to helping spread the unique Meow Wolf vision of artmaking and wild inclusivity in future exhibits across the country and the rest of the known multiverse.
